1)            All emergency information, including parent(s) work phone numbers, emergency contact phone numbers and doctor’s phone number.  You will be required to complete emergency cards on each student at the time of registration.

 2)           A check or cash for the non-refundable registration fee ($100 per child), which will be applied to the first month’s tuition. 

 3)           If you wish, you can use your Visa or Master Card to pay your $100 deposit or to pay any outstanding tuition for this year.

Thank you for your inquiry regarding registration at St. Matthew School for the 2010-2011 school year.  Listed below are the things you will need to bring to register your child(ren) at
